Overthinking



     





     

Have you ever feel overthinking because of something happened in your life ? I guess, yess.
If you ask me same question, I will say absolutely .
I would say that Overthinking happened in everyone's life . For some people can handle it but the rest of them immerse in that situation.

In my perspective, Overthinking is normal. Because we are human. We have feeling. Yet, Don't often overthinking too much since it's not nice for your mental health .

What did you make Overthinking ?

1) People's Statement


Do you know apple? Yeah apple is delicious fruit yet, for Some People are not into it .So we can't force them to eat apple .
Same with ourselves, occasionally, people don't like with ourselves hence they throw shit statements to us. Because of their statements , we don't believe about something which relate to us . It made us overthinking all the time .

I would suggest, you suppose to ignore what their statements . We have two ears and two hands, we can cover our ears by putting our hands so that's why we don't accept what people's saying .

You know, We can't control External of our life yet, We can control Intern of our life .

2) Past Experience.


Everyone has their own journey . It could be happy, sad, disappointed, resentful, frustrated and many kinds of emotion came to our life .

For some people, They can't move on from everything has happened in the past . They are still traumatic.

It is okay, you have bad circumstances in the past . We are just human, we can't make everything is perfect . Just accept what has happened in the past since everything has happened, we can't change it yet, we can change our life by taking gorgeous lesson from the past . Keep smiling. Just believe on yourself.

3) Expectation


Generally, People put expection into someone / thing . Occasionally, because of expection, we can be Overthinking. Probably, we are afraid of things we expect to happen but the result is not or vice versa . Or you expect someone do something that you want but probably, the reality doesn't happen .

I would say, Don't set expection too much . Everything is too much , it is bad. In Spite of having high expection, you had better think reality, risk, the next strategy and many more .

4) Pressure of Job or Other Stuff 


In Fact, Everyone has their own Pressure . For some people can handle it yet, the rest of them, it is kind of arduous thing to solve .

One of the cases is When you are new employee  and your leader ask you to handle new project meanwhile you don't have experience at all in that Project so, Because of those pressure, you hesitate with yourself and you are overthinking .

It's normal, We are just human, everyone has ever been in your situation . You don't need to think too much, you had better find solution . For Instance, If you don't understand, you can ask to your colleague or finding solution in social media . Overthinking can not solve your problem, Overthinking is barrier to yourself . You need to bear amazing strategies to handle your job.

5) Toxic Environment


A great many kinds of Toxic Environment . It could stem from your friends, colleague, family, boyfriend/girlfriend . They can affect your mind. Probably because of their life styles, statements, or many more . It can make you overthinking.

I think, our life is our responsibility. If you think they are not good for your life. You had better set boundaries moreover you avoid them.

6) Peer Pressure


Peer pressure is someone try to influence you tobe like them. For instance : You don't want tobe a teacher yet people around you influence you tobe a teacher Since they assume that a teacher is best job hence you are overthinking . You are afraid of your job doesn't get approval from them.

I would say that, you don't need to follow what people follow. No one understands about yourself except yourself. Why we need to follow something which brings sadness for ourselves. Life is Once . Do what you want to do.

From Those cases, We can Analyze why we are overthinking hence we know how to solve it. Don't worry, You are not alone to feel it. Keep smiling, Keep doing the greatest thing moreover keep adding gorgeous values into your life.

Every Problem can be solved.
