Feeling is healing .

 

 



        Believe or not when you are down in the dumps , hey you are not alone. Everybody has ever felt in the circumspect . Having emotions like resetful, insecure, feel like a dross, unhappy etc. it’s normal, don’t deny to feel this feelings. Let yourself to feel it.

        Being blatant to yourself is necessary. When you always deny the feelings. It’s not good

          For your mental health . I would say that bad emotion which distract your days is like trash stinks. 




        

          Can you imagine trash ? yeah, it is disgusting , right? If you collect plenty trash , what’s gonna happen? The circumstance is not fresh. It is same with yourself. If you always keep those bad emotions and you aren’t bold to feel it . yourself is gonna stuck into that zone.

        When you’re feeling blue and yo want to cry. Let it happen. Or you feel that you are exhausted and you want to scream out as loud as you want. Yeah, let it happen. Let yourself to feel those emotions. Being honest to yourself, no one understand you except yourself. you have to take care yourself by understanding yourself.

 

        Are you kinda person is hard to figure out and express your emotions ?

I’m gonna give some tips.

1)      Do self-talk

All this time we always talk and create conversation with ample people but we seldom or never do self-talk . Self-talk is kinda activity you talk to yourself, ask some questions, give good complement, tell something etc.

How you can do self-talk?

·         Talk to yourself in front of mirror

·         Look for place is good situation to have self-talk

2)      Write down your feeling

Take pen and paper, open laptop, or open notes in your phone , write your feeling. After that read again hence you know why you feel it and how to stop this problem

3)      Record your voice

If you don’t want to people know your feeling , you can record your voice and than listen it.

4)      Look for someone who understand you

Don’t diffident to talk to person who can be a helper to your life . even though the person is a listener but it can be the altenative to cope this emotions

5)      See Counseler, Psychologist (someone is having proffesion relate with mental health)

Don’t be shy to see them, you are not weak . you just need friend to figure out your emotions.

6)      Do me time

Bascially, you need to have me time. Do me time is like situation which you can do things you want by yourself. for instance go to cinema lonely, got to bookstore alone etc . From having me time you can recharge your energy and feel the emotions .

I think, you know how to feel the emotion with your version . you can figure out by reading my article. It can be one of option. But I want to say that don’t deny this feeling, feel it because when you feel it you can heal it.
