How  can we know our relationship is Toxic with our partner ?


In my brain about toxic relationship is in which you're in negative situation . Either you or they influence the circle into negative situation .

It steams from many aspects .
1) there's aversion to talk frankly about vulnerable each other .
2) have bad habit & they try to give you peer pressure so that's why you can't be yourself .
3) Don't want ascent about your life . They have big ego . They just wanna they are be big star . It's kinda envy .
4) Don't wanna augment problem in the circle so that's why you don't have clear solution .
5) Just think for short-term happiness . It's banal perspective etc .

There are types of Toxic relationship .
1) You can't be yourself 
You don't want them apprise you bad person hence you just show your strength . You try to cover all your weakness . I think it's exhausted .

2) In the relationship is kinda competition .
You don't support each other but you always wanna be winner / too dominant person .

3) You often bilk each other .
It can be your activity, your thought, your plans etc .

4) you tryna blithe in front of them yet basically you are down in dumps .

5) Either you / they try to change each other become baleful person .

6) Jealous too much
Because in relationships is not blatant. The commitment is not clear .

7) Either you / your partner want to get advantage in the relationship
It's kinda ego

8) You do asperity
Either words / action e.g : bodyshaming / slapping .

Somehow, every problem has solution .
How to stop toxic relationship ?


I'm gonna give some tips based on my perspective .

1) If it's possible to repair that relationship .

Talk each other , talk about the problem & find the best solution .


2) If it's not possible to repair that relationship .











Get out from the relationship . You must move on!!!. I know, it's tough 😊 . But I think if you wanna do , you can do . But I wanna say that don't put yourself in new relationship and make it become a stepping stone in order to move on, if you don't Heal the hurt your past you bleed all of your future . After you have healed , when you want to put yourself into new relationship you know how to act properly .

I know everyone has their own problem in relationships .but I just want to say that, if you think that you can fix the relationship with your partner , try to fix it . Don't try to look for someone else because we are human, we can't find someone is perfect . But if you think that you can't repair it, get out of the toxic relationship, Move on!!!.



"Don't put yourself in relationships, if you are not blithe person and you always feel blue . Just get out from it".
