Be selfish for yourself.
Self love is the best thing to
detract bad emotions which come from external. For instance when your coeval
friends have good career and you compare yours with theirs. You are gonna be
disconsolate because you don’t have same thing with them but literally when you
ask your condition, you don’t need what they got. I think this emotion is kinda
delude & demagogue yourself to be ungrateful person.
As you often compare yourself with
others. You think your life is fuck up and you often feel debacle. Without you
realize it, you are denigrate yourself. yet, if you have self-love. You are
gonna be understanding about your weaknesses, strengths, needs, privilege,
everything about yourself. if you know them , I think you are gonna stop
comparing and discerning yourself with others. Because you know that you and
others have divergence that it’s not totally fair tobe compared.
Your life only yourself
understand it because you undertake your activity, bad / amazing emotions etc
and vice versa , other people feel like that. From loving yourself,
you are gonna know how to attenuate your debacle and embody your dreams easily.
You can start loving yourself
from small things. For instance: Do self-talk , Make sure that you influence
your brain with positive words. It can be like ‘hey, I’m good enough
just the way I’m.
Don’t be credulous with people’s
words that make yourself is fuck up . it can decrease your
self-esteem. Don’t be craven person. Their opinion is not define yourself. you
can grow up with all your strengths and weakness. Being honest with
yourself hence you can ignore what people about you which is not good.
don't
put the key to your happiness in someone else's pocket.
