Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is better to be a member of group than to be the leader of a group.

Being a leader or a member, both of them has to be responsible about rule, fervent to do goals in a group, affectionate each other, alert to help each other . Yet, being a leader is more challenging. I disagree if It is better to be a member of group than to be the leader of a group.

 

Alright I am going to punctuate to support my argument.

 

Being a leader has A great many advantage .

 

1) Have opportunity.

Being a leader can have opportunity to have high social mobility. It is kinda open the door . 

For example : you are being a leader in small project, due to your ability. You are gregarious person, able to find solutions about elusive things in project, determined person . So that's why you get opportunity to manage big project .

 

2) Get plenty networking .

For example : you are being a leader in small business, and then people know that you are a leader in that group, people ask you to join and share experience each other .

 

3) Sharpen your communication skill

For example : if there's difficult something to solve and many people in that group are quarrelsome but because you are broad-minded , & assertive person, hence you can manage them by having good communication . 

 

4) Manage emotions

Being a leader , you can try to learn how to have mindfulness .

For example : if you have a problem in a group you have to control your emotion and try to have mindfulness hence everything is going well.

 

 

Because of being a leader has ample benefits hence, i disagree about the statement above . Everyone has to have a chance to be a leader hence they can develop themselves.
